Braves All Star Grill - Airport: A Sports Fan's Dining Destination

I had some time for lunch before getting on my connecting flight. I love sports and I knew this would be a cool place to eat at. I sat at the bar. Greg W, bartender, was awesome! I ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken and a Blue Moon. The salad came out fast and was delicious!!! I got my bill which was over $30 with tax. The beer was $10.99. My salad was $11.99 and chicken was around $4/$5. I was surprised with the price of the beer but it hit the stop and sometimes you have to splurge once in a while.

Had a layover in ATL so decided to take advantage for a quick lunch. Very busy restaurant in D Concourse but table service was timely and the staff was pleasant. They have some neat baseball memorabilia and signed jerseys about the place and both table and booth seating. A fairly extensive sports bar type menu with good drink selection. While the burgers, fries, and quesadillas we ordered were very good, the prices were of course at airport prices. The only downside to the atmosphere was that it was very loud and they had a hard time handling a customer who was being exceptionally loud and was obviously a few sheets in the wind. Several people seated near him asked to be moved and a few left soon after being seated.

Perfect stop for a 3 hour layover from Atlanta to Toronto. Almost forgot to take photos- that's why what you'll see is half eaten. The philly steak sandwich and burgers and BLT were all amazing. Our group of 4 loved everything. Atmosphere is busy, decor is cool filled with sports memorabilia and the service was great.

Just had a great vibe and hospitality with Fanessa, Saundra, Mo, & Essence. If you guys are ever at Atlanta Airport on D Concourse stop by The Atlanta Braves Bar & Grill you will have a GREAT TIME while enjoying GREAT DRINKS & GREAT FOOD!!!

The wings and chicken sandwich were delicious. Sandra had my wings fried extra crispy and they were perfect. It’s hard to find good airport food, but this place is great. We ate at the bar during the superbowl and Sandra was our bartender. I wish every bartender was this friendly and entertaining. She made the place feel like a hometown bar. Beverly, the hostess, was so sweet. Another couple cut us in the line and took the last two seats at the bar. She asked them to get back in line and gave the seats to us since we were next. Great service!

I had some time to spare before my flight and decided to stop in. The hostess was super friendly and sat me with Ashley. She was great and took fantastic care of me with a smile. The thing I loved most was the positive vibe I felt and witnessed in this restaurant. I had direct eye sight and hearing to the kitchen - they worked as a team - the expeditor calling out the orders to his kitchen mates starting with a "welcome in" The music for me was fantastic and went right along with the vibe - SOOOO Very positive and happy! I only had appetizers - which were good/bar food kinda thing but nothing where I expected culinary excellence. All the dishes that I noticed, looked yummy! Try them out and leave happier, just like I did!
